Returns, Exchange and Refund Policy
RETURN POLICY
We believe our bricks and other products must live up to your highest expectations, and our service must live up to the quality of our toys. If for any reason you need to return your order, it’s easy and free! All returns or exchanges must be made within 90 days of receipt of your order. We’ll refund your order within 14 business days of receiving your return. To get a free return label on our website, log into your account and go to your Order Status page. If you don’t have access to a printer to print out your own label, get in touch with Customer Service. All refunds are made in the original payment method. Unopened sets: Simply return your unopened product set to the address listed on your packing slip. You can set up a return on website or contact Customer Service so they can help you. Always subject to applicable law, any request for exchange of the Product (“Return Product”) with another Product (“New Product”) is subject to you providing us with a valid credit card as security for us receiving the Return Product. If we have not received the Return Product within 30 days of the date where we have shipped the New Product to you, we will charge the full purchase price listed at the time of shipment to your credit card. Please provide track and trace information to Customer Service to allow us to track your shipment of the Return Product. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with an order, please contact our Customer Service team.
WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
After your return is processed with a complete quality inspection and a refund is approved, you will receive a credit issued back to your original form of payment within 10 business days. More details on return drop-off locations can be found at our website. Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to post to your account after approval. Normal bank processing times do apply and may take up to a full billing cycle. If 14 working days have passed since the refund notification was sent and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
